Letters & Dust is a boutique wedding stationery and custom sign studio based in Portland, Oregon. We care about branding events through details to give our clients and their loved ones a unique and personalized experience for their special events.

Letters & Dust is all about artwork and stationery based on our client's personalities and individual tastes. We love incorporating special memories, favorite movies or songs, and pet portraits into designs to make your event one of a kind and just for YOU! Our signs are hand rendered which means there bespoke elements and and a lack of perfection that cannot be replicated—hence the love of hand-lettered signs. We strive to make to make our client experience, easy, transparent, and special by making vendor recommendations based on your individual vision to bring your event to fruition. We also love a challenge, bring your custom ideas to life with us!

BRITTANY AGUILA
Brittany started L&D in 2013 beginning with rentable wedding signs after seeing how signs were discarded after events—and with so many reusable materials it just seemed like a waste! From sings, the natural extension was stationery and having the ability to work with couples to brand their wedding from invitation to day-of through personalized details. Brittany has a BA in Graphic Design and has always been drawn to art and crafting. Her passion for L&D is driven by unique couples, having new projects every day and creative problem solving with regards to reducing waste in the event industry.

THE THINGS I LOVE
As of February 2020, I am a new mom to my first child! My husband and I welcomed our baby girl, Luna, on January 29th, 2020.
I love every strange animal out there: bats, echidnas, platypus, sloths, armadillos, anteaters... the more unusual the more fascinating I find them. At home we have our mini schnauzer, Leonard, and our hedgehog Spartacus.
I love crafting, being outside, coffee, tequila, wine and my husband's amazing cooking.
THINGS THAT MAY SURPRISE YOU...
I am a terrible cook—I have been making an effort to learn to do it better, but I also do not enjoy it.
I am an only child, yes we are all a little weird.
I am the least picky eater I know—I will TRY everything.
I love horror movies and cannot stand romantic comedies or dramas...I refuse to watch This is Us.
I grew up showing dogs in 4-H and AKC, and yes wore suits with shoulder pads.
